Case Study
Investec — Butterfly Effect
Commissioned by Investec, Butterfly Effect was created as the centrepiece of an employee recognition initiative celebrating the power of small, intentional actions to create extraordinary impact. The original artwork was unveiled during the awards evening following a five-minute film sharing the story behind its creation. Seven employees, nominated by their colleagues for the positive influence they had on those around them, were each presented with a fine art print of the work.
Today, the original painting hangs in Investec's head office in Sandton, Johannesburg, serving as a lasting reminder that meaningful change begins with small actions lived out consistently over time.
