Shipping & returns

Payment

Payment is by secure EFT (bank transfer). At checkout you'll receive the studio's banking details and a unique order reference — your artwork is reserved immediately, and held for 48 hours while payment reflects. Hayley confirms every order personally by email or WhatsApp.

Shipping within South Africa

Works are professionally wrapped, boarded or crated as the piece requires, and shipped fully insured door-to-door. Delivery is typically 3–7 working days from payment. Shipping on larger works is quoted per piece — and Hayley will always confirm the cost with you before dispatch.

International shipping

Hayley's works live in collections around the world, and ship safely to most countries. International orders are quoted individually (typically door-to-door, insured, 7–21 days depending on destination). Enquire on the work's page and you'll receive a quote before committing to anything. Import duties, where applicable, are for the collector's account.

Returns

Every work should be loved in its new home. If a piece isn't right, contact the studio within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. Works must be returned in their original condition and packaging; return shipping is for the collector's account, and the artwork's price is refunded once it arrives back safely. Commissioned works, made personally for you, can't be returned — which is why the commission process includes approvals at every step.

Damage in transit

All shipments are insured. In the unlikely event a work arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece, and contact the studio within 48 hours at hayleylombardart@gmail.com — it will be made right.
