Inspired by the untamed beauty of the African bushveld, Ukhuni captures the layered rhythm and organic abundance of the landscape. Dense, sculptural marks move across the canvas in earthy greens, charcoals and sun-warmed tones, creating a work that feels both wild and grounded.
Its richly textured surface shifts with the light, echoing the tangled forms, shadows and movement experienced on safari.
Ukhuni was also selected to feature on a limited-edition red wine label, carrying the artwork beyond the canvas into another form of storytelling.
